chore: add connection id to Process (#245)

* add connection id to Process

* feat/add-connection-id-to-process-info:
 **Update `server.proto` for ProcessInfo Message**

 - Changed the data type of `id` from `uint64` to `uint32` in the `ProcessInfo` message.
 - Removed the `connection_id` field from the `ProcessInfo` message.

 Affected file:
 - `proto/greptime/v1/frontend/server.proto`
