refactor: add selection to bulk (#232)

* feat: add selection field to BulkInsertRequest

* add schema section

* change bulk request

* replace vec<u8> with bytes

* wip

* wip

* chore: rebase main

* fix: clippy

* refactor arrow ipc writes
